DISCOVER – your health drivers. This section explores the interaction between genes and the ‘Big 4’ environmental choices that we make on a daily basis, and the resulting impact on our short-term and long-term physical and mental health. It equips individuals with the knowledge to make better lifestyle choices.
DESIGN – a success strategy. Knowledge without action will not lead to success, so this section covers the science of behaviour change, including change in the brain, motivation, willpower, goal setting, habits and rituals. It also provides a simple, effective, tried and tested behaviour change model and a number of tools to help create long-term success.
MOVE – to activate your genes. Exercise is a very powerful driver of gene expression, but not all exercise is equal. This section uncovers the best ROI in exercise and gives simple guidelines around maximising all aspects of the crucial physical activity triangle.
FUEL – your way to health. Hippocrates, the ancient Greek Physician who is regarded as the Father of modern medicine once said “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”. That turned out to be very sound advice, as we now that what you choose to put in your mouth every day has powerful impact on your gene expression. This section does a deep dive into nutrition and provides evidence-based recommendations and ‘food rules’ that can have a powerful impact on overall health and energy levels.
BUILD – resilience to stress. Our stress response systems evolved over hundreds of thousands of years to enable us to deal with certain survival threats. However, our modern world has created a host of new stressors that hijack our stress response systems and create a cascade of harmful responses. This section explores the good, the bad and the ugly of stress and the concept of resilience. It provides a range of practical tools to build resilience to stress and foster better work-life balance, including techniques used successfully by military special forces units and elite athletes.

This section looks at a number of factors that impact on our physical and mental health, including alcohol, drugs, sleep, plastics and other environmental toxins. This section provides simple and effective tools to grow new brain cells, enhance mood, increase neuroplasticity and achieve a more deeply connected brain.
